WESTON, Mo. — A Weston man accused of driving away from a traffic stop with a rifle is due for a bond hearing in Platte County court Sept. 22.
Michael Alan Hull, 37, is formally charged with aggravated fleeing causing injury.
According to court documents, around 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 5, a Weston police officer stopped a 2003 Dodge Dakota after it was reported in a disturbance. The officer observed a rifle stock behind the driver’s seat. Hull is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing firearms.
