A Tigard woman faces felony charges after allegedly striking a pedestrian with her SUV and fleeing the scene in mid-August, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 18 to a reported hit-and-run near the intersection of Southwest 185th Avenue and Tualatin Valley Highway. A 911 caller reported that a vehicle struck a pedestrian before driving eastbound away from the area.
Personnel from Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue and American Medical Response treated the victim at the scene before transporting them to a local hospital. Officials said the victim suffered serious, non-life-threatening injuries and was expected to recover…
