FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A crash caused a power outage on the northeast side of the city, but power has been restored to most.
Fort Wayne/Allen County Communications confirmed that a crash at the intersection of Hobson Road and St. Croix Drive downed power lines on Saturday after 7:30 a.m.
According to Indiana Michigan Power’s outage map, there were initially around 1,466 customers without power, but now there are about 307 customers in northeast Fort Wayne without power as of 10:24 a.m. I&M says power is estimated to be restored to the area around noon Saturday.
