A local construction and manufacturing company seeking to meet growing demand by expanding into a second Palmyra location requested a waiver for a land development plan, hoping to revitalize a blighted property and start business operations six months sooner.
At the Sept. 8 meeting, Palmyra Borough Council unanimously voted to approve the waiver request for Irvin Services’ proposed 24,000-square-foot contractor painting shop at 977 E. Main St., the site of the Cadillac Motel.
