PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A trial is set to begin Monday morning for a man accused of robbing and stabbing someone in a grocery store restroom.
Christopher Woods, 51, of Portland is accused of stabbing a 77-year-old man on New Year’s Day in a Safeway bathroom near SE 122nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard.

With the help of witnesses and security, officers found and arrested Woods about an hour and a half after the incident. The stabbing victim survived.
