An early morning hit-and-run crash with reported injuries has blocked traffic on Interstate 75 southbound in Marion County on Tuesday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol and the Florida Department of Transportation, the incident was first reported shortly after 5:30 a.m. near mile marker 352 in Ocala.
