CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Diesel prices hit another all-time high in the Carolinas on Tuesday, as concerns mount on the higher costs for truckers and farmers will drive up prices for consumers.
AAA data shows the price of diesel in the Charlotte-metro is nearly $3 dollars more per gallon, than it was one year ago. The average price of a gallon of diesel in the area Tuesday was $6.17, AAA data showed.
