YONKERS, N.Y. (PIX11) — A man accused of leaving his dog tied to a fence on a sweltering July day, resulting in the dog’s death, has been arrested, police said Wednesday.
Investigators said Daniel Martinez, 37, from Yonkers, tied his dog, Kobe, to a park fence near 350 Hawthorne Avenue with no food or water.
