Attorneys for PA boy accused of shooting, killing dad question trial competency

PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The defense team for the Duncannon boy accused of shooting his father on his 11th birthday has been granted a hearing to help determine whether he’s competent to stand trial, according to a criminal docket.

A motion hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 6, court records show.
