Another home in The Villages crossed the $1.075 million sales mark recently, more than doubling in value since it was sold brand new in 2013.

Ola Jean Ingram sold the property at 2134 Tallsman Court in the Village of Pinellas to Carol and Timothy Phillips for $1,075,000 on August 10.
