The first Dallas project from international architecture firm SAOTA, Casa de Ondas, is the second most expensive home in Texas.
Located at 5547 Walnut Hill Lane, the property is listed for $45 million. The most expensive listing in the state is right next door, the Crespi Estate, which has been on the market since March 2025 and is currently listed at $64 million.
Casa de Ondas is nearly 14,000 square feet set on over two acres in the gated Crespi Estates. The name of the property means “house of waves” in English and takes inspiration from the limestone roofline design, modeled by the surrounding tree canopy.
