RIO RANCHO, N.M. – U.S. Marshals arrested a 44-year-old murder suspect in Rio Rancho on Monday.
The U.S. Marshals Service said officers arrested Richard Cardona after they found him near Barbara Loop Southeast and Deborah Road Southeast.
