Colorado Springs is getting its first taste of Homegrown Tap & Dough this fall, bringing the Colorado-born restaurant concept to the northeast side of the city.
The new restaurant is planned for 5710 S. Carefree Circle, near North Powers Boulevard and South Carefree Circle, and will mark the seventh Homegrown location for Denver-based Gastamo Group.
The restaurant is putting a distinctly Colorado Springs touch on the new space, including a custom American flag art installation created by Colorado fine artist Dolan Geiman. The piece will incorporate authentic military memorabilia donated by families in Colorado Springs and across the country…
