SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV)– One mother is trying to turn a postpartum hobby into a business but finds herself at a standstill due to a city ordinance.
Molly Francisco lives in the City of Savannah and is a mother of two. After her second child she turned to baking as a form of therapy.
