LanCarte Commercial has facilitated the sale of a 1.42-acre commercial development site at FM 157 and Watson Branch Lane in Mansfield.
Mark Boone of LanCarte Commercial represented the seller, while developer Rudy Vasquez represented the buyer. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
