CADDO PARISH, La. (KSLA) – Five years after Horace Sparks was killed, the man accused of his murder, Tre’Veon Jackson, escaped Caddo Parish custody after going to Ochsner LSU Health for a medical evaluation Monday night. Sparks’ family is demanding answers into how this happened and why they were not properly notified.
