WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Open Streets ICT returns Sunday offering residents a car‑free afternoon along a two‑mile stretch of Douglas Avenue filled with biking, music, dancing and family‑friendly activities.
The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. and is designed to encourage physical activity, support local businesses and bring neighbors together in one of Wichita’s largest community gatherings.
