Crash Shuts Down PA Turnpike, Causes Heavy Delays

A crash temporarily shut down the Pennsylvania Turnpike and caused a significant traffic backup on Thursday morning, Sept. 17, officials said.

The wreck happened on Interstate 76 eastbound just east of the Reading Interchange at Exit 286 in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County around 9:30 a.m.
