ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – City leaders announced Friday morning that ABQ RIDE is stepping away from operating the annual Christmas Eve Luminaria Bus Tour, beginning this year.
Tickets for the tour usually sell out within hours, but city leaders said a significant number of ticket holders ultimately decide not to attend. The city said an average of 62% of reserved tickets were unused over the last decade.
