HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A multi-agency law enforcement operation ended Tuesday with the arrest of a 19-year-old felon wanted in connection with a violent armed robbery.
Detectives with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit, working alongside the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Florida Department of Corrections, took Brian Hickman Jr. into custody on September 15, 2026, in Seffner.
