LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – UA Little Rock officials said a planned match with the Air Force at Little Rock Air Force Base in Jacksonville is set for November 20.
Officials said the unique event will bring Trojan Wrestling to an unconventional venue for a high-profile dual featuring two nationally ranked programs and some of the nation’s top wrestlers. The matchup will mark the first event of its kind hosted in Little Rock.

The partnership with Little Rock Air Force Base adds another layer of significance to an already marquee Pac-12 matchup. Both the Trojans and Falcons enter the season ranked among the nation’s top programs. The dual will also feature NCAA All-Americans Stephen Little of Little Rock and Carter Nogle of Air Force.
The event will carry added meaning for Little, who is entering his final season with the Trojans. He is coming off a standout 2026 season in which he placed third at the NCAA Championships, earned his third consecutive All-America honor and became the most decorated individual student-athlete in program history.

“You see other schools hosting sporting events in unique venues, whether in a football stadium or an amphitheater, so it’s amazing to have an opportunity like this of our own,” Little said.
“This really is an incredible opportunity,” said Trojan Wrestling Head Coach Neil Erisman. “We are not just honoring those who serve, but we are also honoring those we are competing against. While we are all striving for victory on the mat, these are the same people who will be protecting our freedom. This is a great way to engage with the Central Arkansas community and surrounding areas while competing on a unique stage.”
