(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Los Tres Perros is a Latino-owned food truck serving grilled hot dogs in the Southern Colorado region. The business began in April 2026 and has blossomed by being featured at a lot of community events.
Owner and operator Adan Martinez joined Loving Living Local’s Justin Antweil for the show’s special Hispanic Heritage-themed show.
“I wanted to give the name a Spanish twist, and Los Tres Perros translates to ‘The Three Dogs,’ said Martinez. “So also a little pun in there. With three kiddos of my own, the name naturally takes a personal meaning as it also is meant to represent three friends, or three homies coming together and just having a good time sharing good vibes.”
Any hot dog is customizable, but there are six main selections on the menu. There is the El Perro Clásico (Classic hot dog), El Sombrero (crowd favorite), La Fiesta Dog (Martinez’s favorite), El Perro Bowl (any style hot dog put into a bowl w/ no buns), El Torro (the Chicago Dog), and a Chili Dog…
