Philadelphia police responded to the scene of a crash early Saturday morning.
The crash occurred around 4 a.m. on Sept. 19 at 10th and South streets, near Whole Foods and Acme stores. At the scene, NBC10 observed a blue car flipped onto its side and surrounded by police tape.
There was no immediate word on injuries.
A couple who lives in the neighborhood told NBC10 that their car was parked on the street and was damaged in the crash. They said they heard a loud boom, looked outside and saw three people getting out of the car and arguing…
