Twinbrook Quarter continues to take shape along Rockville Pike and Halpine Rd in Rockville, with several restaurants and businesses now open and additional tenants preparing to join the development.
The 12-story mixed-use development is located at the southwest corner of Rockville Pike and Halpine Rd and is anchored by an approximately 80,000 SF Wegmans, which opened last summer. Here’s a look at what’s open and what’s coming soon at Twinbrook Quarter:
Terra Gaucha officially opened at 1651 Chapman Ave last December, marking the Brazilian steakhouse’s first Maryland location and its debut in the DC region. The restaurant specializes in traditional Southern Brazilian churrasco and offers a rodízio-style dining experience, with gaucho chefs roasting and carving wood-fired meats tableside. More here…
