Residents and commuters may notice some changes coming to one of the busiest roads in Dauphin County.
Lower Paxton Township, in partnership with Susquehanna Township, has received a traffic signal technologies grant from PennDOT for $1.2 million to install traffic signal upgrades along the Linglestown Road (Route 39) corridor.
