HOUSTON, Texas – Houston police are trying to piece together a road rage incident involving three vehicles that stretched for miles along the 610 Loop, leaving two people shot and others injured in a crash.
A 7-year-old child was inside one of the vehicles during the incident. Police said an armed detention officer with Harris County was driving another.
