A teen was struck by a vehicle while riding an e-bike in the Atascocita area, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman.
The constable’s office said the 13-year-old boy was riding in the 16800 block of West Lake Houston Parkway on Saturday night when the auto-pedestrian crash happened.
