CANTON (WWJ) — A 32-year-old Canton man is facing multiple felony charges in connection with child sexual abuse material that was found online, according to the Michigan State Police.
Julio Cesar Maldonado was arrested following an investigation conducted by the MSP Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
The inquiry began after the ICAC Task Force received a referral from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) indicating that Maldonado may have been producing and manufacturing illicit content online…
