ANN ARBOR, MI — Two local social workers are combining their passions for mental health advocacy and improv comedy in an educational sketch comedy show debuting this week in Ann Arbor.
“Mental Health Isn’t Funny” will be performed at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, and Saturday, Sept. 26. A third performance is set for 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27. All performances will be held at Hear.say Brewing and Theater, 2350 W. Liberty St. in Ann Arbor.
All proceeds from the shows will be donated to Garrett’s Space, a suicide prevention nonprofit for young adults based in Superior Township north of Ann Arbor. Tickets cost $22.35, including a processing fee, and are available to purchase online at heardotsay.com/events…
