ANN ARBOR, MI — A rezoning to allow a higher-density redevelopment of an Ann Arbor apartment complex is now one step closer to being approved.
City Council voted 10-1 at first reading Tuesday night, Sept. 22, in favor of rezoning the 41-acre Woodbury Gardens property off East Stadium Boulevard and South Industrial Highway to TC1 transit corridor zoning with height limit conditions.
