FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A minivan crashed into a Fresno Police patrol vehicle with its emergency lights on that was blocking the road in northeast Fresno, according to the Fresno Police Department.
Police say the crash happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at Friant Road and Lakeview Drive.
