JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WKRG) — A family-owned food truck business based out of Mobile is sharing how they got their start serving up authentic Mexican street food to people across the Gulf Coast.

The family spoke behind Taqueria Mr. Rooster on Saturday at Festival Hispano de Pascagoula, where large crowds came out for a huge celebration of Hispanic culture and cuisine!
“For me, it’s really important to celebrate other cultures because I really enjoy learning how to integrate their family into things like social dancing,” festivalgoer Leci Parker said.
“I love coming because everybody seems to enjoy everybody. Everybody is getting along,” festivalgoer Asia Betts said. “It’s just a perfect thing to bring everybody together during the Hispanic Heritage Month.”
