BAY MINNETTE, Ala. (WALA) – Closing arguments wrapped up Wednesday afternoon in the capital murder trial of Jared Smith-Bracy in Baldwin County. Smith-Bracy is accused of killing his brother, his grandparents and a family friend in Daphne more than three years ago.
Closing arguments presented
Each side gave its summation of the case to the jury before the judge instructs them and they begin deliberations. Both are set to happen Thursday morning.
