A former middle school in Trenton will be transformed into an affordable housing development for seniors, the Trenton Housing Authority (THA) announced Wednesday.
The THA said it has secured a $54.3 million award from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA), clearing the way for the transformation of the former Trenton Junior One Middle School on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard into Choice Junior One.
