A state grant is giving Lakehouse Bakery owner Keegan Rogers what he has been working toward for years: the capacity to make more of his products without making his business less local.
Rogers received a Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development value-added food chain grant that will help Lakehouse Bakery upgrade refrigeration and significantly increase its food production capacity.
