LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lebanon County man was allegedly watching a music video on his phone when he crashed into three pedestrians, killing one.
Joshua Rittle, 31, was charged with homicide by vehicle, two counts of aggravated assault by vehicle, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and six summary traffic offenses.
