HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A preschool in Hampton sustained damage after a tree fell on it Thursday morning.
The incident occurred at the Wythe Presbyterian Preschool, located in the 100 block of Robinson Road. Teachers told WAVY that they were inside the building with students when tree had fallen, causing a window to break.
Photos taken by a WAVY crew show where the large tree split, causing a portion to land on top of the building. A portion of the tree also covers some of the playground.
No one was hurt during this incident…
