CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — A woman charged with three counts of neglect of a disabled adult from incidents spanning from August 2023 to January 2024 was indicted by a Chatham County Grand Jury Wednesday.
Latisha Blake Ulmer, 50, was accused of jeopardizing the health and well-being of two separate disabled adults, one of whom on multiple occasions.
On or around Aug. 28, 2023, Ulmer allegedly placed a disabled adult outdoors without “sufficient clothing and protection from adverse weather conditions while preventing re-entry to the facility,” the indictment said. Ulmer was reportedly in charge of the adult and supervising their welfare…
