MONONA, Wis. (WMTV) – New construction is underway in Monona as the city continues to grow, with a new apartment and multi-use building taking shape next to the recently opened Topgolf.
The project, called “The Greenline,” will include 357 new apartment units and about 16,000 square feet of commercial space.
The developer, Galway Companies, also plans to create a park in the center of the development for public gathering space. The park will be 1.44 acres and will be paid for by the development itself through park dedication fees, according to Monona Mayor Nancy Moore.
