KANE COUNTY, Ill. (WGN) – A man has been found guilty of first-degree murder in connection with the January 2021 death of a 29-year-old Aurora man.
The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office said at around 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2021, Rodolfo Madrigal was pulling onto the ramp for Route 30 in Montgomery at the same time as 29-year-old Andrew Contreras.
Madrigal’s car pulled alongside Contreras’ car and Madrigal then fired multiple shots from a revolver before driving off, according to investigators.
