The hearing for a developer challenging the validity of the Hampden Township zoning ordinance continued on Thursday night.
Bony Dawood, who owns Good Hope Ventures, a development company based in East Pennsboro Township, wants to rezone eight properties near the Wertzville Road exit of Interstate 81.
