The Lexington Town Council reviewed its 40-year-old street light ordinance during a work session held Monday, Sept. 21.
Assistant Town Administrator Kevin Richardson said he and town staff were asked to propose revisions to the ordinance relating to the town’s funding responsibility. The review comes after subdivisions sought reimbursement from the town for street light operating costs.
