MARIETTA– The Marietta-Cobb Museum of Art is celebrating Georgia’s vast musical history with a new exhibit titled “Legendary Georgia Musicians” from award-winning watercolor artist Jackie Dorsey.
The exhibit opened Saturday and is on display until December 13.
“It just kind of is something for everybody,” museum curator Madeline Beck told the MDJ. “Because even if you’ve never been in an art museum, everybody loves a good portrait. And even if you don’t love a good portrait, everybody loves music.”…
