DETROIT, MI – Sixty-seven Detroit residents are now homeowners after completing a city program that helps people reclaim homes previously lost to tax foreclosure or deed fraud.
The Detroit Land Bank Authority celebrated the new deed holders Friday, Sept. 25, during its 10th annual Buy Back ceremony at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy.
