MENASHA (WLUK) — Green ribbons were tied around trees, fences, and posts around Neenah, Menasha, and Fox Crossing today for those still recovering from this summer’s tornado.
The “Green Ribbons for Hope” project is sponsored by the Neenah-Menasha Ministerial Association.
