St. Pete’s rising bagel star is about to get even bigger. Pete’s Bagels announced that it is moving its Grand Central cafe to a new and bigger location just down the street.
Currently located at 2361 1st Avenue South, Pete’s is moving its main store to the former Good Intentions space just four blocks away at 1900 1st Avenue South. The team at Pete’s says they are aiming for an early October opening of the new spot, while you can still visit them at the current store in the meantime.
The news is a massive win for all involved, specifically those of us who love stopping by for breakfast. The bagels, coffee, merch and vibes are all immaculate at Pete’s. The only hiccup you might ever experience is a long line or not having anywhere to sit, due to the size of the store. The new location offers an expanded space for the kitchen and customers alike, meaning more bagels and more room to eat them.
