TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Hillsborough County Fire Rescue announced a drone-delivery program Monday that they say will change the future of emergency care.
HCFR has two large drones that will soon be on standby to deliver blood transfusions to first responders at the click of a button.

“When you see one of our drones flying, you will know that it is on a life-saving mission,” said Chief Todd Carnell with HCFR’s Rescue Division.
