HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Drivers in FishHawk are concerned about a growing number potholes on the roads around busy shopping areas.
Keith Douglas said he has counted at least eight potholes over the last two years on small roads surrounding the FishHawk Ranch community. He said the area sees heavy traffic because of nearby restaurants, stores, and homes.
“It’s quite a busy area. Bear in mind there are about 5,000 houses in FishHawk Ranch, and we all seem to shop in the same grocery store,” Douglas said. “It’s only a question of time until someone drives into these holes.”…
