SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Springfield community can look forward to seeing the return of an iconic local art piece next month.
Earlier this year, the Robert E. Smith mural on the corner of Walnut Street and Campbell Avenue was painted over by the building’s current owner, sparking controversy.
