ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC returned to Campbell Street in Rochester to follow up on complaints about garbage piling up in the area.
Declan Stablow of News10NBC reported that trash still covered the incline from Campbell Street to the barrier of Interstate 490, including fast food wrappers, bottles and clothes. Stablow said a full garbage bag remained in the same spot as during his previous visit.
A television was still on the sidewalk at the corner of Massey Drive and Campbell Street, Stablow said. Neighbors told News10NBC that city crews had visited several times in recent weeks, and Boswell Street, which was previously littered with garbage, was now clean…
